The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing printed circuit boards (PCBs) for our innovative electronic products. The candidate should have a strong background in PCB layout, design principles, and electronic component selection. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and manufacturing personnel to ensure the successful development and production of high-quality PCBs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality PCBs using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., Altium Designer).
- Collaborate with engineers to understand circuit requirements and create schematic designs.
- Perform PCB layout, including component placement, routing, and optimization for signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal management.
- Select appropriate electronic components and ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Generate and maintain detailed design documentation, including schematics, BOMs (Bill of Materials), Gerber files, and assembly drawings.
- Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams to improve PCB designs.
- Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure the design is optimized for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
